Checking the status of your ticket(s) on Freshservice

 

  1. Go to helpdesk.daygroup.ca and select SIGN IN.

2. Click “Sign in with SSO” and it should take you to the following page:

 

 

 

3. Select your email address if it is already there or click ‘Use another account’ to add your email address and click Next. Note: Skip to step 6 if the following prompts are not applicable to you.

 

 

4. When you are prompted for your password, you need to enter the network password that you use every day to log into your computer and click Sign in. Please note this is the same password as your email password if you have been migrated to the new Office 365 suite.

 

5. If you are prompted for ‘Stay signed in?’, you may select Yes and proceed.

 

6. Select Your Tickets to see the list of tickets you have opened.

 

 

7. Select your ticket to check the status of it.
